The Turning Point
After more than two decades in the fitness industry and over a decade of serving as a trauma and OR nurse, I witnessed firsthand the profound need for a holistic approach to health and wellness. My turning point came when I realized the powerful connection between physical fitness, mental well-being, and holistic health. The moment I combined my medical expertise with my passion for fitness, I knew I was on the path to something bigger. The Lifestyle Technique was born from this vision: to empower others to take control of their health through fitness, holistic therapies, and integrative wellness practices. Now, I can offer a comprehensive approach to healing and wellness, helping people achieve lasting results and a higher quality of life.
